The practical questions.
What counts towards my plan?
A unit is a flat, shop, room or other space you let separately. A renter is a current tenancy. Past renters stay in your history without counting towards the limit. A vacant portfolio can have zero current renters.
What is the trial?
The current trial lasts 60 days, with capacity for 15 units and 15 current renters and insights once a day. Trial limits and paid Growth features are not identical. Open Google Play, open the App Store or contact us to confirm the current setup for your account.
Does annual mean a monthly payment?
No. The annual figure is the full yearly amount. For example, Starter is ₹4,990 billed annually, compared with ₹499 each month. The selector shows the amount for the billing period you choose.
Can I use this to pay for a plan?
No. The selector helps you understand fit and prepare an enquiry. It does not activate a plan or start billing.
