Four jobs.
One connected record.

Payments, renters, units and follow-up stay connected, so the number you see leads back to the real record behind it.

Door-Let is available for Android on Google Play and for iPhone on the App Store. Explore the app screens here first, or install the app when you are ready.

One rent cycle

The balance changes once. The whole record follows.

A partial payment should not create three different answers in three different places.

  1. 01

    Raise the charge

Rent is recorded for a named unit, renter and due date.

  2. 02

    Record what arrived

Cash, bank and UPI payments settle against the correct charge.

  3. 03

    Act on the balance

The renter status and follow-up reflect only what remains.

A simple example

One payment. A clear balance.

Rent due
₹25,000
Recorded payment
₹20,000
Still outstanding
₹5,000

The renter stays marked as partially paid. Review a reminder for the remaining ₹5,000 before opening it in WhatsApp.

Useful automation, visible control

Door-Let prepares the work. The landlord decides what happens.

Door-Let helps with

  • Explaining collection, overdue rent and vacancies in plain language.
  • Drafting a reminder with the amount and unit already filled in.
  • For Aadhaar and PAN card photos, Door-Let masks detected identity numbers on its own server before AI processing. If no number is detected or masking fails, the scan stops for manual entry.

The landlord keeps control of

  • Reviewing every reminder before WhatsApp opens.
  • Recording money that has already arrived. Door-Let does not move money in the website demo.
  • Choosing manual entry when a document should not be scanned. Lease documents have different limits: masking is best effort, and a lease can still reach an AI provider with an identity number visible. Use manual entry for sensitive leases.
